Elia Tasca

Founder & Managing Director

Elia has 30 years of global experience as a senior executive and investor in real estate, media & telecom, and financial services. In the early 1980's Elia began buying and value add real estate in Italy and Washington DC. In the early 1990s, Mr. Tasca co-founded a Telecom company in the US, introducing long-distance calling in Brazil, the Netherlands, and Czech Republic, serving over 2,000 clients such as FIAT, Saab-Scania, and ABN AMRO. In 1998 he became a partner with Helvetia Factoring where he worked for 10 years, growing its business to over US$30 million in receivables annually. 

Since the late 90s, Mr. Tasca has been investing in and managing real estate projects in Bahia (Northeastern Brazil), Tocantins (Midwestern Brazil), Rio , and several large European capitals. In 2008 he started acquiring and remodeling 300+ residential units in Berlin, which he still owns and operates today.

Elia Holds a B.A. from Texas A&M University in Business and Finance, and an MBA from IMD. He is a native English and French speaker, fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and Italian, and has working knowledge of German and Greek.
